Rhodema llollowell won the V.F.W. Essay Award - a trip to Mexico. Qhirley Simpson won a 1100 scholarship from thc American Legion. The assembly Committee works with faculty members to plan assemblies. The committee is Kay Linnenkohlgfiail White, Chair- man: Suzzie Wright. 26- Maudie Daulron won a S100 scholarship from the American Legion. Daphne Dillard was selected Best Girl Citizen. Diane Guyot and jane Gates were the other two candidates.
