Eugene Moen Kaspar Berget SUPERINTENDENT This year the major accomplishment of superintendent Bartels and the Board of Education was the completion of the Elementary School (below) which was dedicated on October 24, 1965. On the following page (upper right) sixth grader Jimmy Skattum leads the dedicatory audience in the Pledge of Allegiance. To the right of these words Board President C. F. Holmes is shown receiving the keys to the school from the general contractor, Norman Kraemer. Behind them is the main speaker, William Kahl. The Argyle Wind Ensemble (lower right), directed by Mr. Schoe-nick, contributed appropriate music to the occasion.
