HOME ECONOMICS Mary Everson and Esther Fuchs watch Hope Lofgren as she receives instructions in sewing from Mrs. Barnes and Judy Wenger. Foods, clothing, budgeting, health and personal grooming are some of the areas of homemaking which are emphasized during the four year course in Home Economics. Mr. Marousek is addressing his bookkeeping class. Other courses offered in Business Education are typing, personal typing, shorthand and office practice. AGRICULTURE BUSINESS EDUCATION Mr. Kingeter is helping freshman agriculture students Junior Johnson, Rodney Paulson and Carl Anderson in their woodworking projects. The farmer of today must be skilled in many jobs in order to make his occupation a profitable one. 26
