Your cheerfulness, friendly smile, and willingness to help is one of the most pleasant memories of our years at A.C.S. You have seen many classes pass through the doors of our school and we hope you will have fond memories of the Class of 1972. Thanks for everything, Mac, and whatever you do, - keep smiling! 4 PRINCIPAL’S WESSACE The perspective with which we face graduation seems to change from year to year. Rather than an end goal, it is increasingly be- coming a time of commencement in our technologically-oriented world. If graduates were ever confronted with a changing world, certainly the Class of 1972 is no exception. Change infers causing something to become different either through alteration, or complete substitution and replacement. As you, the Class of 1972, venture forth, I trust that your experiences at Argyle Central School have helped prepare you to bring about change with discernment. The Apostle Paul admonished Timothy in (II Timothy 2:15): Study to show yourself approved unto God, a work- man that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. Your time at school will have been well spent and the honor of graduation justly bestowed upon each of you, if you have truly learned to study. On behalf of the Board of Education, faculty and staff of our school, I trust that you will be able to stand as approved members of our community supporting and implementing changes that will make our world a better place in which to live. Best wishes as you leave and commence. Sincerely, 8 Douglas S.
