SE IOR REMIN SCE lchose the theme lt's the Small Things for the yearbook this year for many reasons. First of all, take a look at the Senior class and at the school and even at the town of Ar- gos - all are pretty small. But be- ing small has its advantages such as being able to know everybody, at least by name. Through the years, my class has shared many experiences. We started kindergarten in the fall of 1974 with 39 kids. Over the years, our class size increased to a total of 57 students ln the sixth grade. On these two pages, l have tried to include as many pictures as pos- sible of the pictures taken of us while we were growing up. l am sure everyone remembers taking a milk break, having three recesses, playing on the monkey bars, and standing in line - alphabetically! But as time went on, we acquired new and more responsibilities and learned new things. l remember looking up at the high school kids and thinking how much older they all seemed and how l couldn't wait to be a senior. Well, we made it. And as l look at the underclass- men now, especially the elemen- tary students, l cannot believe we used to be so little. l went through my old yearbooks and past class lists and found that through all the years we had as many as 57 students and as few as 31. Fifteen Seniors have been at Argos since kindergarten - for 13 yearsl Now as our final year comes to a close, many of us have plans to fol- low. Some will go to college: oth' ers, to the mllltaryg stlll others will just go off and make their fortunes. But all in all, when we see each other on the streets or meet at class reunions, we will remember all of the tlmes we spent together and catch up on what has happened since we have left Argos High School. So to the Class of 1987, as you all reminisce about your school days, remember the lessons you've learned, the friends you knew, and especially the best of tlmesl - Susan Wilhelm Editor Lower Left - Shawnda Davis and David Solomon take a mllk break. Lower Right - Tonya Leverlch holds her Ragedy Ann doll In first grade.
