Nimble fingers? Well maybe not in this case. Bill Haddock takes speed drill in llene Sanders' Typing I class. Whether typing accurately has any- thing to do with Bill's ability to play basketball well is a topic for debate. ( The hands of Stanley Bon- ham show the patience and training it takes to paint a picture. Of course, a sharp imagination and good ar- tistic ability make the final masterpiece something above the average draw- ing. Mary Glenn is the instructor. Classroom Antics Richard Brown operates the automatic cutting torch while practicing his possible future vocation in T. I. Matthew's welding class. The machine operated by Richard is one of many varieties in the shop section. The robes are royal blue and have reversible white and gold satin stole collars. The two largest vocal groups at A.H.S. were the Girls' Gleeclub,44 members strong, which met on third hour time, and the Mixed Chorus, 50 members strong, which met on fifth hour time.
