Harold A. Miller, Superintendent Dedication We, the class of 1980, dedicate our yearbook to our friend and superintendent, Mr. Harold A. Miller. Mr. Miller, in his twenty-five years as our superintendent, has provided the leadership for the construction of five new buildings that have made the Argenta-Oreana school district exceptionally well equipped to serve the needs of students and teachers. He has successfully confronted the challenges of inflation; he has kept our district financially sound without sac- rificing needed curriculums, services, supplies, and personnel. This achievement is another of his achievements that pro- vides an enduring witness to his excellent administrative skills, his wisdom and prudence, and is another reason for pro- found appreciation by every student and teacher. Now, after twenty-five years and at the termination of Mr. Miller’s great administration, we congratulate him on this achievement, and we express our profound and enduring appreciation for the man he has been and is and for the work he has done in building our district into a community of teaching and learning. “Crescat Scientia; vita excolotur; Let knowledge grow from more to more, and thus be human life enriched.” --Contributed by Mr. Norman Williams 3
