King Roger Homecoming 1977 This year's homecoming festivities began on Thursday evening with the traditional pep march and bonfire. Everyone was busy putting last minute touches on the floats for the parade, Friday evening. The floats were judged, and the judges chose De-Land of De Wel-done Eagles by the French Club as the third place winner. Cash In A Victory by the Seniors won second place, and the chorus captured first place with Stomp the Eagles. The football game was en- joyed by many as the Bomb- ers beat the Deland-Weldon Eagles, with the final score being 20-6. Saturday night retiring Queen and King, Teresa Smith and Roger Edgecombe crowned Vicki Rosenbery and Roger Hupp at the coro- nation. Rhythm Machine provided music for the dance afterward. The theme was What The Heavens Have In Store For You. and Queen Vicki Homecoming Court Retiring Queen: Teresa Smith Retiring King: Roger Edgecombe Queen: Vicki Rosenbery King: Roger Hupp
