A. is inits fourth yearatArer1zville. We moved into our new building immediately after the Christmas holidays. For the first time since we organized, we have a classroom to ourselves with a full-time teacher, who teaches three classes instead of two. Under the direction of the following officers, our 28-member chapter had been very busy this year: John Crawford, President, Everett Allen, Vice-president, Clyde McCloud, Secretaryg Russell Winkelman, Treasurerg David Carls, Reporter, Carlos Spicer, Watchdog: James R. Fox, Adviser. Another noteworthy addition to our chapter is the farm shop at Concord that we share with Chapin. Here we have learned the use of many shop tools and have built numerous worthwhile projects. In judging, both our grain and poultry teams placed sixth out of nineteen schools. David Carls was fifth place individual. Among our other activities were the purchase ofa new popcorn popper and a hog-trough mold. Our annual educational trip was to the Stockyards in East St. Louis. . Yr. .1 :1 R Q 4 l

Our department has been improved this year by slipcovers on our sectional divan, by red cornices on the tops of the windows, and by retouching ofthe same old furniture. We are proud of our department. To help the community and school we've sponsored a cancer drive Kick-Off at which 69 women registered in our guest book: we had an assembly program on parliamentary procedureg we sponsored a No Gripe day in school, we had a Daddy-Date Night, and each F.
