MR. ARTHUR W. SILLIMAN has been the supervising principal of Ardsley High School for thirty years. Be- cause of his intense interest in teaching school groups leadership and responsibility through over-night camp- ing trips, Ardsley has become one of the pioneers in outdoor education. His sincere encouragement of both faculty and students spurs them on to greater achieve- ments. MR. KENNETH BROWN taught physical education and coached the Ardsley High School teams for many years before he became principal of the elementary school this year.
