The purpose of the club is to encourage better re- lationship between athletics and the school, In order to be eligible for membership, a boy has to earn a varsity letter in some sport. Each year the club has several projects which they try to complete during the school year. One of the projects is to have pictures made of all distinguished basketball or foot- ball teams and to hang them in the new gym. Also we decided to have enlargements made of the players who have made all area or all conference. Under the pictures will be all the honors that that player has received during his high school career. A project completed this year, with the help of the school board, was hanging a large welcoming blanket and one pennant for each school in the Okaw Valley in the new gym, Each spring the Lettermen's Club tries to save enough money to go out for a nice dinner and to have some sort of entertainment. The extra money always goes towards new pro- jects for the next school year,
