questioning, it is found that Tom was not in Las Vegas at the time of the shooting and he is then released from further questioning. The defense lawyer, 'Rabid One' Robbie Arrol, calls Brenda Biggs to the stand. She argues to the court that Pat had every right to shoot Joe for the embarrassment that he had caused her. Janet 'ShagW Cox is called to the stand and refuses to testify for she is distantly related to Pat Cox and would not want to be partial.
