Former Graduates Alston, our first graduate, has been shrimping in Texas on the Betty H. He is now at home and awaiting the arrival of his own shrimp boat, Regulus. Keep on whistlin’ Alston! Alston Leland 1976 Betsy, the second to graduate, attended the College of Charleston for a year. She has worked at the Skipper Chowder House and is now in nurse's training in Charleston. Study hard, dahlin' ! Jena McClellan 1978 Jena and Penny shared the highest average in their senior year. Jena is presently attending the College of Charleston and she hopes to transfer to Clemson and graduate with a degree in horticulture. She also has a part-time job at the Stroman greenhouses. Good luck, Jena! Penny is working at the Village Variety. Her salary has been well spent because she has just bought her first car, a Toyota Celica. Keep up the payments, Penzola! Penny Morrison 1978

I, Sheila McClellan, (upper middle) being of confused mind and 1 'fantastic bod'' hereby leave my ability to go gymnastics to Julie Billington, my big seated desks to Bet Bridges, my padded bras to Martha Stroman, the ability to stay in school to Elizabeth Stroman, and all of my tacky things to Nickie.
