MAG Moderated by Brother Leo Harvey and assistant Mr. A. J. Leonardi, Mu Alpha Theta is an organization which attempts to bring together students with an interest in mathematics. Through student papers, competition, and association with others of similar inclination, MAG allows students to grow in their awareness of mathematics in all aspects of life. The State Mu Alpha Theta Convention highlighted the year. 13 members attended the convention, and spent 3 days in competition with chapters from across the state, and hearing papers by both students and professionals. Rummel came home with the first place trophy in equations, and Randy Peters tied for third in the Senior Scholarship Contest. Q
