National Honor Society N.H.S. is a national organization comprised of students who have achieved academic excellence at Rummel. This is accomplished through a program of field trips, movies and assisting Rummel's science teachers. The Science Club visited a number of places including the Tulane University Delta Primate Research Center in Covington, La., the Planetarium at Dominican College and the Computer Research Center at UNO.
