Cross-Country The Raider Cross Country team started the season with experience and high hopes. There were six returning seniors. Jay Kinberger, Ben Mercier, Eddie Lehrmann, Ed Womac, Alan Roux, and Tom Daniels. The team went into the beginning of the season with several wins in dual meets against Brother Martin, Holy Cross, and the other district schools. But by the time the District Meet came around the Raiders could only rally enough points to take second place and two weeks later tenth in state.

Varsity Basketball Rummel Basketball for '75-'76 was very exciting even though the long awaited district crown escaped the Raiders' grasp once again. The season started out well for the Raiders as they gained victories over B. T. Washington 49-39, and Bonnabel, 50-42. The next contest was against parish rival East Jefferson and it seemed evident that Coach Robarts' crew was sitting on their early Season laurels as they were embarrassed, 93-79.
