Freshmen: The Beginning of the Future ABOVE Freshmen participate in Outdoor Education Day Because this was our first year at Hoban, we were not exactly sure what to expect. Would classes be difficult? What would the teachers and stu- dents be like? Would it be hard to adapt to the high school curriculum? Our first weeks here at Hoban answered these questions. We found teachers and staff as well as the other students to be helpful in our adjust- ment.

Hob- an High your students proud ... makes it something more than a building, more, than just another school. This pride is reflected in the volun- tary participation of students in activities from student government, to the Save Hob- an drive, to attending sports events. Everyone seems to do his or her part to maintain the pride in Hoban's name, even if it is just working to get good grades.
