Art Club Officers: Jennifer Komar - Secretary-Treasurer, Chris Hayes - President, John Holloman - Vice President, Billy Heller - not pictured - Reporter. The Art Club proved itself once again to be one of the most active clubs in school. The club’s numerous undertakings dis- played their concern for other individuals as well as their desire to have fun within the Art Club itself. For instance, 3 large Thanksgiving baskets were delivered to needy families within the Valley. The Art Club displayed their Christmas spirit by creating pinatas, along with the Spanish Club, for the Kindergarten Christmas Party, and by co-sponsoring the Christmas Dance. Also, they had a lively Christmas dinner and gift exchange at the Country Place. Their cultural trek was to the St. Louis Art Museum - members enjoyed the special folk art display as well as exhibits in photo- graphy, oil, and other media. The Art Club was one of the participants in the fund-raising Volleyball-A-Thon. Their final activity was a pizza party at the school, complete with rental movies, which was enjoyable for all involved. The Art Club, then, was definitely quite active this year. ¥ Front row - Rocky Newsom, Randy Warner Second Row - Janie Reed, Melissa Inman. Jennifer Komar, Kim Williams.
