Fall Festival The four classes were at it again. Rivalries between classes were prominent from day I of the festivities, as each class strove for the winning title. The labors and efforts put forth by the students were shown by the impressive parade they produced. Each talented queen candidate showed by her hard work that she wanted badly to be chosen to reign over the school as Fall Festival Queen for 1982. The Juniors proved, though, that there could be only one victorious class. With first places in two categories and second places in two, the Junior class was named the winning one. Basketball Homecoming 1983 The Varsity boys held Ste. Genevieve at bay easily during their confrontation at Homecoming. The Tigers fought Greta Mitchell, the 1982-83 Homecoming Queen hard, as always, and wound up winning the game by nine, 50-41. Junior Greta Mitchell broke into tears of joy following the announcement of her name as homecoming Queen. The customary dance, postponed because of unfavorable weather conditions, was celebrated by wild and exciting dancers and was as much of a success as the game itself.
