A tumult of voices rose and fell as students arrived A VERY lMPORTANT SCENE in Campus affairs is the back entrance to Arcadia High. This entrance, one of the bus load- ing zones, is facing Duarte Road. Having green lawns, shady trees, graceful shrub- bery, and a northerly background of San Gabriel mountains, it is an ideal location for conversing. With the maturing of landscaping a handsome frame for the modern architecture of the school has been formed. However, while this work was in progress, tents served as classrooms ot Arcadia High ond there wos a contin- uance of the extended day scheduling. Nevertheless, even with these inconveni- ences, the high quality of instruction was ottoined and improved.
