X -'w w Q Q- . is i-v'5i1r n4'p.n,nry HAPPINESS IS--BRINGING THIS MESSAGE TO YOU FROM YOUR FACULTY The young people in our high schools today understand that this particular moment is a part of today, but they cannot quite visualize that when tomorrow comes it will also be today and that its problems will be the problems they are now looking at and scheduling for future consideration. Tomorrow is on the way for all of us, students and teachers, and it is bringing special challenges to all of us. Industrial, business, social, and governmental problems will require resourcefulness, imagination and initiative. Clear thinking is a fundamental requisite for intelligent action in solving all difficulties and education is the fountain- head of clear thinkingt The faculty of Arcadia High School asks of the present day student that he do his work so well day by day that when he goes out into the world on his own he will be fully prepared for his assignment. That means that we, the faculty, devote our time and abilities, most earnestly, to his self development through his self improvement. The faculty is ever striving to make the student more competent, more capable, more efficient, tomorrow than he is today, because fftoday is the tomorrow he was thinking about yesterday. ' ' The faculty wishes to leave you with this thought, Hap- piness tomorrow is doing your very best today.
