Alma Goshe This play revolves around the actions of 13 year old Judy Graves, played by Nancy Kuhlman. Judy and her classmate, Fuffy.Adams, played by Barbara Van Driest managed to get into all kinds of mischief even though their intentions were to be helpful. J udy's mother and father, Karen Spearman and Fred Pessell, never knew what ideas Judy would come up with next. J udy's sister, Lois, played by Diana Conley looked upon Judy as a juvenile pest that just had to be put up with, but toward the' end of the play she proved to be a true sister. One of the main incidents was Judy getting ready for her first big date. The play ended with the whole family and Haskell Cummings, J udy's boy friend played by Mark Plesec, very much amazed at how grown up Judy looked in her new party dress. The elementary Chris tm as Program was given this year with grades one through six participating. The program was divided into three parts including The Song of the Angels. The Visit of the Shep- herds, and The Visit of the Wise- men. These themes were carried out by songs sung by the Combifled chorus and solo numbers. The pro- gram was under the direction of Mr. Patricia Jackson. The annual Christmas Program was given this year by the Speech Choir along with the choir, which was a great success. The Junior High and Senior High choirs partici- pated. The program was the retell- ing of the nativity story in song and tableaus, conducted by Mrs. Roda- baugh and Mr. Wink. The impres- sive climax was reached when the Christ Child was born and Give To The World Thy Peace rang through the voices of the choir.
