F. -G , Mr. Kieffer graduated from Arcadia High School in l9l4. He attended Ohio University, Findlay College, and received his B. S. in Edu- cation degree from Ohio Northern University. He did graduate work at the University of Chicago and completed his formal education with the M. A. degree at The Ohio State University. He began his career in teaching in a one- room school near Arcadia. He taught in grades six, seven, and eight in Arcadia and also in the high school there. ln l924 he became superintendent of schools, the position he has held ever since. Teachers and students appreciate the cor- dial welcome his office offers in assisting in the solutions of their problems and the wisdom of the guidance received. J. C. Kieffer Superintendent Mr. Groth began his career in education by studying two years at Ohio Northern Univer- sity. From there he went to the little one room school house to teach elementary classes for four years. Next followed four years at Ar- cadia, in grades seven and eight. During a year's leave of absence he earned his B. S. in Education degree from The Ohio State Uni- versity at which institution he has done graduate study. For the past eight years he has taught in the high school. Teachers and pupils alike have found Mr. Groth's counsel just, considerate, and impartial. Charley Groth Principal
