1985 Indians We had some great times during the year — fun, excitement, and friends that we won't forget. We've tried to capture them all in the 1985 Indian . Sometimes even the best of friends, the biggest surprises and the funniest moments can be lost to memory. We hope this yearbook has preserved all the special events, big and small, so you'll be able to remember them for years to come. For some, 1984-85 was a beginning — for some, an end. 1984-85 was fresh.........good times............................happy moments............... challenging.........eventful.sad mo- ments..........................................................................................friends.hope .memorable. DEDICATION After 20 years of dedicated service to the chil- dren of Arapaho Elementary School, Billye Gray is retiring. We dedicate this edition of the Ara- paho yearbook to her in appreciation for her enthusiasm, humor, and devotion to her students. Gracious of manner, and forthright in her deal- ings with others, Mrs. Gray has taught far more than the three R's to her students. We will miss her and wish her happiness and peace. Here we are, we finally made it, it's our senior year. The thought of it brings a little sadness, but a lot of cheer. We congratulate all of the teachers who have survived teaching our class. We realize our years of school have passed so very fast. The Arapaho Senior class of '85 has an attendance of 21, there are: Lionel, Rodney W., Kellie and Sherry, Our first days in school were fun, and a little scary, Trenda, Donna, Melissa and Mike, After a few years in school we each found a subject we liked. Troy, Kevin, Kristie, Rodney O., and Gail, Junior high and high school years turned out pretty well. Chad, Cheryl, Diane and Lance, Our class enjoyed Homecoming games. Class parties, the Prom and the dance. Billy, Terrisa, Florence and Jeff. We realize that for high school there are only a couple of days left. Together we look back at the fun and memorable moments we had in the past, And look forward to the future that will be arriving much too fast. Focus eyes. Step 3. We welcome criticism. In fact, we have provided a space at the bottom of the page for you to write all your complaints. Step 4. Search frantically for your picture. Step 5. Gripe out the photographer because your Instamatic could have done a much better job. Step 6. Find your old flame's picture and burn it with your B1C Butane. Step 7. Find that good lookin' basketball player's picture and cover it with kisses. (Don't drool on the page — it may stain.) Step 8. Check out the yearbook staff on page 89. Notice how intelligent this group looks. Step 9. Count the number of times your name and picture appears to determine your popularity rating. Step 10. Now, shut the book, wait twenty years. Repeat Step 1, and die laughing over the styles. Register Complaints Write In Space Provided I----1 Legibly •'n . V 4 'J + A t V: .]i A • • , • - . • • } f ,.f . . .v • t M r i « .
