Tommy and Harolene Hadden have carried the class prophecy of Most Likely to Marry and are now blessed with nine sets of twins, boys! General Smith's beautiful wife, Mable Howard. your class favorite of '54, is seated at the far end of the table. This is indeed an honor. We have iust received an announcement that Shirley Jordan won the toe hop at the Olympics. The former win- ner, Billy Olson, was disqualified because he spelled his name wrong on the entrace blank. Clifford McClary, taking Liberace's place, iust returned from his concert at Carnegie Hall with his glamorous wife, Nell. Won't you play us your latest composition? Lady Luck has smiled on us tonight since Nona Moore, local heroine who has iust rescued thirteen people from the space crash on the moon, is here on the far side of the table. I think she deserves a big hand. Maybe some of you have noticed on the backs of Super Comics, Billy Parks' Atlas course. Maybe he will re- move his coat and show us his muscles. Phyllis Ridgway, better known as Friendly Phyllis, head of the love-lorn society on Jupiter, is here with her latest recommendation. Buddy Starr has iust bought the Cadillac Manufacturing Company. Their latest addition is Starr-lite, the fast- est space car on 3 wheels. He has plans for a new smaller line called Twinkle-Twinkle . Many of you have seen the new play, Everybody Snores , and in the audience tonight is the distinguished playwright, Bob Stokes, author of this play. And we have with us tonight Doyle Beagle, the noted space rod racer, and his lovely wife, Joan. Virgil Sims and Jack Hedgecoke, known as the Mad Hatters, have brought the sketches of their latest hat styles and l'm sure they are simply out of this world. Nancy Hauser and Effie Jo Lee, famous 4D TV stars are in costume for their latest show, 'The Charles More- head Storyn, autobiography of that famous band leader of the Tennessee Plow Boys. Ethel Koenig, the new ambassador to Venus, has iust made a flying visit to this country to speak to Congress on 'Crumminism vs. Americanism . Lewis Jernigan, manufacturer of that new trend in lipstick Green Flamen, is seated at the back of the room. His motto is-'lf you are not completely satisfied, bring the lipstick back on person and l will remove it free of charge . Also in the crowd are the old teachers of the class of '54-Mr. Franklin, who is now teaching the children on Jupiter how to draw glass houses and to make belts out of platinum, is taking time out to be with us. Mrs. Ericson, the lady with the seeing eye dog, has retired from the teaching profession and is now running a home for lost cats. Her husband, Mr. Ericson, was recently appointed Superintendent of the toothpick factory which now stands where APHS rested until the schools were banned from the earth. Yes, AP HS makes good toothpicks. And here are those newly,weds, the former Miss Warren and Ernie. They do make a striking couple, don't,they? Ernie is now head of the police department at Lower Slobbovia and Miss Warren is first sergeant in charge of adult deliquency. Why, Mrs. Griffith, how nice to have you with us! l know how busy you are manufacturing your pills which end all the need for cooking. What flavor are you eating now? Steak or mince pie? Mr. and Mrs. Ellis, do you have a new dance step to demonstrate? You are all doing the rabbit flip which they introduced several years ago at the opening of the show. It is indeed a pleasure to have Professor Ashmore here tonight. This is the first time he has been onthe planet since he and his wife set out for the Moon to work on the Ashmore Theory. The only person in the world who can explain it is his daughter, Mary Lou. Oh yes, he should be congratulated since he was blessed with triplet boys! 105
