The purposes of the Ara- gon Chess Club are to provide a source of en- joyment to interested stu- dents, boys and girls , and to promote the chess-play- ing ability of its members. It is directed by Mr. Arthur Pettinicchi and a student steering committee com- posed of Nelson Perez, Harvey Wecker , and David Breuer. Schmidt. Stamp Club Have you some stamps? You can be sure that the stamp club can use them. The purpose of this or- ganization is to trade and discuss stamps, old and new issues. The program includes contacting and corresponding with peoples in oth- er nations. Yearbook Staff Long hours of after school and Saturday work by the Yearbook Staff have led to the publication of the 1962 El Tesoro. The staff tall of whom were novices in the art of Yearbook pro- ductionj has profited from the experience gained this year and hopes to turn this experience to good use in turning out an improved El Tesoro in 1963. Typographi- cal and spelling errors were kept at a surprising minimum due to a hard- working, proof-reading staff.
