The Fall officers also arranged for food to be collected at Thanksgiving for distribution to needy families. The highlight of spring activities was a fashion Show in May. The Hospitality Committee served as ushers and distributed programs at this function. The A .G .A. Finance Committee was responsible for selling tickets for all A.G.A. affairs

Fall Executive Board Spring Executive Board The Executive Board is an im- portant branch of our student government. The purpose of the Board is to interpret the con- stitution and to execute the necessary business for the pro- per functioning of student govern- ment The fExecutive Board issues charters to all clubs and organ- izations and prepares the agendas for the student council meetings. All legislative bills must be ap- proved by the Board before they can be brought to the Student Coun cil. The Board receives and con- siders legislation and makes ap- propriate recommendations to the Student Council.

Traffic and Safety Commission This newly formed commission is designed to prevent and correct any problems that may arise concerning cars on campus or congestion within the school.
