9il Father Charles P Donovan C S B I thou wzlt be per ect go sell what thou hast and gzze to the poor and thou shalt haze treasure zn heaven These words were heard and followed thirty-nine and twenty-four years ago respectively by two members of the present Aquinas faculty, Father Charles P. Donovan, C.S.B. and Father Raymond L. Prince, C.S.B. who this year celebrate their twentieth anniversary of educating Aquinas students. Fr. Donovan was born March 18, 1892 in Wellsville, New York, ordained February 29, 1920 by Bishop Fallon and became a permanent member of the Aquinas faculty in 1939. Before coming to Aquinas he had taught at St. Michael's High School in Toronto, Assumption High in Windsor, and Catholic Central in Detroit. Mathematics has been the field of many of Father's memorable endeavors. Fr. Prince was born on january 28, 1916 in Windsor, Ontario, where he received his secondary and university education at Assumption High School and College. Fr. Prince was ordained a Basilian Father on December 21, 1935, and after accomplishing the work of parish priest for four years at St. Anne's in Detroit, became a member of the Aquinas faculty in 1939. The men of Aquinas have come to appreciate his light humor and sagacious advice. To Fr. Donovan, C.S.B. and Fr. Prince, C.S.B. who for twenty years have given so much and doubtless received insufficient appreciation, the student body of 1959 humbly and gratefully dedicate our yearbook, the Arete. 4 Father Raymond L Prince C S B
