. . . Teaching Re peat For Law . .. CIVIC AND SERVICE BUREAUS A citizen in a commonwealth has many civic duties and services to render to both his country and his fellowman. Civic duties are performed by girls acting as hall and cafeteria guards who maintain order throughout tl1e school. The Service Bureau accomplishes many tasks and contributes both time and ideas to help make all school activities a success. 5 Hall guards . . . quite a task . . . seven hundred girls ini- grate each forty minutes. Order and silence prevail. Guards are appointed . . . badges distributed . . . arrest slips prepared . . . guard-posts given . . . never a dull moment for Nora Donnelly . . . Civic Bureau head.
