The boy at Aquinas is taught the fundamental and primary lesson of lifeg namely, that hc must learn to prepare him- self for what he must be and for what he must do here below in order to obtain the sublime end for which he was created. Since Christian education is concerned with such a noble objective, the unsurpassed excellence of this training is clear. The Dominicans are conscious of their responsibility to God and country.
