His childhood idol was Superman and he enjoys chow mein, rainy days, and being with Judy. Football 1, 2, 3; Band 1, 2, 3, 4 Frank Gladu Highland Road, Lakeville “To sit alone with my conscience will be judgement enough for me.” Frank’s favorite place is P-town, especially at 1 o’clock in the morning. He likes Power Mechanics, pizza and an open highway before him. Happiness for Frank will be to graduate. Band 1, 2, 3; Football 2, 3; Choir 3, 4 Theresa Ann Gautreau 530 Braley Road, East Freetown “She is modest but not bashful, free and easy but not bold.” “Tree’s” childhood idol was Mr. Ed and her most exciting moment was when she got her braces off. She likes Led Zepplin, tacos, and Fridays. Her happiness is maintaining a constant level of awareness and thoughts of graduation. Miss Gail Girouard 8 Wordell Street, East Ereetown “I am happy, joy is my name.” Gail’s secret, childhood idol was Jeff Peny. She hkes just being places and eating anything that isn’t onions. She is often seen “duhh-ing” at her traffic squad post. Miss Lorraine Mary Gamache 9 Keith Avenue, Lakeville “As fresh as morning dew distilled on flowers.” “Minnie” can’t stand people who think being shoit is terrible. Her most embarrassing moment was in fifth grade when her pen leaked in her mouth and the teacher wouldn’t let her wash it out. She likes onion rings and spaghetti at Duxbury Beach and doesn’t have a favorite flower because of her hay fever. Happiness would be reaching the five-foot mark on Mrs. Thomassen’s scale. Pep Club 1, 2; Honor Society 1, 2, 4; Varsity Club 2, 3, 4 — President 4; Field Hockey 2, 3, 4, Co-captain 4 Miss Sandra Jean Gamache 176 Middleboro Road, East Freetown “You meet the nicest people on a Honda.” “Sandy” likes warm, rainy days at Lincoln Park. Rex Trailer was her childhood idol. When she has nothing to do, she finds herself eating, (french fries, maybe?) She likes night-time when she can hop into her mean-green “bug” and go anywhere she wants to go. Pep Club 1, 2, 3, 4; Majorettes 3 Miss Hannah L. Gaudette Staples Shore, Lakeville “Action never rests.” “H.B.’s” most embarrassing moment was when Maria and she got caught in the boy’s locker room and then the football players came in. “Hannali Banana” thinks happiness is a full tank of gas. Her “pet peeve” is people who ask if something is wrong. She Ukes fresh, sunny, windy days when she can sit in the football stands and cheer A.H.S. to victory. Stephen Grenier 18 Chace Road, East Freetown “Small cheer and great welcome makes a merry feast.” “Sam” Ukes to watch girls and eat pizza. His childhood idol was Roy Rogers and his fa vorite time of day is nighttime. Happiness to Sam is getting out of school. “OH BOY!” Donna L. Haley Main Street, Lakeville “Good nature wins the heart.” “Don’s” favorite eyecatcher is barracudas and she likes watching T.V. and eating when there’s nothing to do. Happiness is when “Blondie” sees Mike at 6:00 and the day we graduate. “Blondie” relaxes to soft music so she can write poetry. Future Business Club 3, 4; Secretary 4; Yearbook Staff 4 Miss Martha Ruth Gushee 282 Pierce Avenue, Lakeville “Kind words can never die.” “Skinny” wants to paint a picture of the sun and advises underclassmen “to go out of your way to help someone who needs you.” Happiness is riding a frisky horse with a neat guy behind you. Martha likes lasagna. Art II, and passion flowers. Ms. Donna Marie Gurney Lakeside Avenue, Lakeville “I would help others of fellow feeUngs.” “Girgles” is often heard saying, “Listen honey” but only in between the bites of a banana split. Listening to Chicago and smelling roses are nice especially on rainy days. Happiness for Donna is finding a mate. French Club 1 ; Photography 2, 3 25
