Mann, superintendent of schools. Capable assistance in solving the complex issues that confront the schools is rendered by the Board of Education. The responsibility of running the high school rests in the experienced hands of Mr. Herbert Helble, principal. He is constantly presented with problems large and small, and disposes of all of them with equal vigor, inspiring faculty and stu- MR. HERBERT H.
