Freddy Fox receives his name from the fighting Fox Ter- PP rors by which name the athletic teams of Appleton High shall ever be known. . . Rich in lore and tradition is the valley of the Fox, where in years gone by the Fox Indians rode the war path, where today the Fox River Valley Conference meets in athletic competition in an atmosphere of fine . . . . . .1 tsmanshi and good conduct so typical of America s high schools. . .
