Good Sportsmanship is a key to success. It aids in building character and its presence makes a well-balanced individual. Being able to work in harmony with one's fellow man is a trait which must be developed. Learning to. lead, learning to receive and carry out orders, learning todo more than the minimum require- ments, always striving to do a more outstanding job than the previous one-these are the true as- pects to good sportsmanship. An outstanding athlete is lost without his teammates anda coachtoguidehim. With these assets however, he functions at his best. Only those who help themselves by helping their colleagues will find the road to success and self-respect a smooth one.

Each trial must be founded on experience and knowledge. Each error must serve as a correction. Time and the skill derived from knowledge will bring each endeavor closer to man's ideal, the ultimate goal of per- fection.
