Dedicatory Program October 25, 1964 Speaker: Dr. Henry Morris Head, Civil Engineering Department, Virginia Polytechnic Institute Des Plaines Hall is named after the Des Plaines Bible Church, Des Plaines, Illinois, in grateful recognition of the substantial fi- nancial help the congregation has given in the erecting of the new women's dormitory.
