There is nothing farther from the truth than this, as education is a continuous process from the cradle to the grave. One of the objectives of our school is to develop independent thought. Train- ing for thinking is more important than training for any profession or calling. The hardest thing in the world is creative thinking and the greatest discovery in the world is a new thought. Emerson once said, It is easy in the midst of the crowd to be true to the crowd's opiniong it is easy in solitude to be true to one's self, but the great man is he who in the midst of the crowd keeps the independence ofthe solitude.
