B-Ballers Have Good Season The basketball team played well this year with a season record of slightly under .500. Besides this fine effort, they also had a number of other accomplishments. The team played to a second place showing in the eight-team Canyon Tournament. The Apaches' record in the Southside Tourna- ment was good enough for a first place in the Consolation round. The team ended the year with a 2-7 record. With seven Seniors going on to bigger things, there will be a big hole to fill. But with five returning under- classmen and many players coming up from the Junior Varsity team, the future looks bright.
