The stamp club, under the direction ot Mr. Bill Hayes, helped all students who were interested in the sci- ence ot philately. Every oth- er Saturday the members would meet for a big stamp auction, in which members sold or traded their stamps. The club was very useful in that it induced several stu- dents to take up stamp col- lecting, and helped those who already enioyed the hobby to increase their col- Iections. First Row: J. Finney, D. The radio club, sponsored by Brother Joseph, was formed of students interest- ed in electronics. During their meetings the members learned basic electronic theories trom members al- ready versed in these fields. They established their own landmark with a 20 meter antenna on top ot the An- tonian auditorium. They al- so repaired broken radios brought to them by stu- dents, and put the sound system in the rifle range.

The honor society is one of the young organizations at Antonian this year. The club's first moderator, Broth- er Andrew, otfered invalu- able assistance in getting the club on its feet. During the year the society spon- sored money-making proj- ects, and observed activities sponsored by other honor clubs around the city. In the future the club plans to set up a scholarship fund in the name of Greg Blount. Honor Society The chess club, supervised by Brother Joseph, was formed to promote interest in chess at school, to help beginners, and to set up tournaments with other schools.
