Tribe Beats Holy Cross In Thriller Touchdown? The Antonian Apaches won their fifth consecutive game of the season, upsetting the Holy Cross Knights 20-13. Mike Elli- son intercepted an Antonian pass to set up the first Knight score and Anthony Lopez passed 24 yards to Henry Estrada who made a diving catch for the touch- down. In the second quarter Bill Palmer recovered a fumble on the Knights' six. Barry Barceliona then plowed over from the one for the touchdown with 5:53 left in the half. Jerry Kissling was the game's leading rusher with llO yards in i7 car- ries. Larry Sandera kicked the extra point. ln the third period, with fourth down at the 13, John Montfort passed to Andy Maldonado for a touchdown. The Apaches' winning touchdown came on a one yard plunge by Tim Ehlinger. This six-pointer was set up by a Montfort to Mike Mott pass caught at the two.
