Goodbye Yellow Brick Road The music of jerry DePrisco filtered its way out of the wave of silver and white balloons which surrounded the bandstand. There were couples dancing and sitting around tables deco- rated with more balloons and lit by candlelight. This was Prom 1975 which was held once more at the Sheraton Westgate Commonwealth Ball- room on May 17. As the clock struck midnight, this year's roy- alty was announced. Mary Suter was crowned queen and Dick Albaugh king. For all who attended the prom it was an eve- ning of fun and surprise Cespecially when a gorilla - dressed for the occasion - made an appearancej, and wonderful memories. if fb! S-ia: 1+- a-g . 2.
