Seniors submit iheir resignafion The senior Anthony Wayne Marching Generals look back on their fine season with pride, yet they are sad to leave the glamour of being a Marching General. After four years of faithful service, they must look forward to bigger and better things, however scarce they may be. The eighth grade band, on the other hand, looks forward eagerly to becoming one of the renowned Marching Generals. The idea is thrilling, yet somewhat frightening. Best wishes to all of you in your years to come with the Marching Generals. if BACK ROW: Angela Clark, julie Whitten, jill Shepard, john Curtis, Mark Kulwicki, Danette Sandfoss, -Ian Jordan Mammoser, Brad Woodland, Beth Bungarda, Sue Creswell, Lori Walters, Nancy Montion. 106 Stage Band GeneraI's Staff The General's Staff, the popular Anthony Wayne dance band, had another fine year. They sponsored two dances for the area, one, George Washington's Birth- day, and the other with a wild Hawaiian motif, It is quite an honor to be a member of the stage band, audi- tions are held and only the very best make it. They play jazz songs such as Night Train Ctheir theme songj, St Louis Blues,'l and Chattanooga Choo-Choo. The ever popular strains of Glenn Miller's big band sound pleases the ears of the audience. Also heard are fun songs such as Beer Barrel Polkaf, and Soul Sister. The members of The General's Staff ate certainly deserving of their recognition. rv-11' fn.- ,4- BACK ROW: Ken Fuller, Tim Fry, Sherri Hiles, Greg Bowman, Eric Smith THIRD ROW Les Graham Nanci Rmestme jim Morgan Bruce Brian Hamic.
