Jr-Sr Prom A Starry Starry Night The Prom, held every year for the Seniors by the Junior class, took place this year in the cafeteria. It was decorated according to the theme “A Starry Starry Night”. The Juniors also hired a band to entertain during the event. Russell Hankins and Paula Neinast were chosen as Prom King and Queen by the Junior class. Other candidates for King were: Andy Davis, Eugene Burgett, Jimmy Murdock, and Scott Shill. The girls chosen for Queen candidates were: Derina Rinehart, Dana Rider, Suzanne Madsen, and Dixie Ordonez. Thanks to the hard work of the Junior class the Prom this year vas a big success. 1. Russell Hankins crowns Paula Neinast Prom Queen while other candidates look on. 2. Christmas Cheer Freshmen Win Every year at Christmas, the students at Antelope participate in a drive for the needy. This year 200 lbs. of food were donated. A Christmas cheer candidate represented each class. The freshmen class can- didate, Charlene Allen was named Miss Christmas Cheer. Runners-up were: Lori Peterson, junior candidate, Eva Federico, senior candidate, and Phyllis West, sophomore candidate. 1. Miss Christmas Cheer, freshman Charlene Allen. 2.
