Math Is Important Even if a student does not plan to major in Math or even go on to College, some math is still important. Our Basic medium of exchange is money, which we use in all buying and selling transactions. Also there are government tax forms to be filled out. New Buildings Put to Good Use Last year two new buildings were added to our campus, a new science room and a new music building, which is also used as an auditorium. The new science room is used for all Chemistry, Biology and Physics classes, leaving the older science room for Artand Spanish classes. In the above picture Mr. Frans is explaining a Physics problem to Charles Hice; in the background is Ben Gip- son. The music building is used for all music classes, and is the stage for assemblies and programs of interest. In the picture below, Mr. Kessler is directing the band first period. 17
