Dedication Faculty and Administration The production and direction of Antelope Union High School is due to the fine faculty and administration. To these people, we, the Desert Sands Staff, dedicate the ’67 Yearbook, for the many roles they have played. The student body has felt their support in' all of their activities. Foreword The staff has had many comedies as well as tragedies trying to por- tray to you the many times you were on stage and in the limelight. As you look through the pages and review the acts of the year past, we hope this production is a smash hit to you, the Stars. And as the years pass by. re- member, the successes and the fail- ures, the trials and tribulations of growing up and the satisfaction of jobs well done. If sometimes it may be that we must take a lesser role, let us re- member the famous words of Henry David Thoreau. ' 'Why should we be in such des- perate haste to succeed and in such desperate enterprises? If a man does not keep pace with his companions, perhaps it is because he hears a dif- ferent drummer.
