Sodalists reach this goal by constant recollection of their motto: To Jesus Through Mary. The Sodality, with the aid of the Blessed Virgin, tries to plant into the minds and hearts of the students that nothing is more important than the saving of one's own soul. Before anything else, Sodalists are taught the virtues of purity and charity.
