0I lfUal Q The HOUR GLASS Staff presents to the students of Anniston High School a scrap book for the year 1949-1950. We are indebted to a little elf who helped us collect much material which he copied from the record of our lives Written on the Scroll of Time for this year. The scrap book contains the memories of friends we have made, the ecstasies we have lived, the sullied joys we have felt, and the accom- plishments of our school and students. The spirit of friendship lives forever and it is more precious to us than the finest jewels. Lest we forget, the little elf reminded us that we should pause from time to time and turn the pages of this scrap book to recall pleasant associations, to remember friends, and to live again the happy days of 1949-1950.
