DEDICATION For ten years, Mrs. Russell, you have carried an impression of our school, far and wide, to many whose only knowledge of the Seminary has been through your representation. You have united past, present and future Annies into a family of unusual strength and effectiveness. Nearly all who know Annie Wright know also your quick charm, ready humor and constant concern, which are as happily evident within the school as without. You have represented us, Mrs. Russell, the students; we are deeply grateful for that service.

MISS RUTH JENKINS Headmistress How can we express what we wish to convey. For several months you were travelling in Europe, yet you were never in any way apart from us. Throughout this year, we have been continually aware of your presence within the school, so forceful, so guiding, that no abse nce could weaken its impression upon our actions and attitudes. New responsibilities, new independence have strengthened us. And, certainly, in 1939-60, we have realized and appreciated more than ever before, the depth and breadth of your influence upon each of us.
