MISS SARAH B. THOMPSON This year for the first time in thirty years Miss Sarah B. Thompson did not return to her Seminary tasks. Her retirement has made us all more keenly aware than ever before of the brightness that her presence gave the school. We beheve we speak for all who knew her when we say that through the years she has become a part of the very heart and soul of The Annie Wright Seminary. We therefore dedicate this Shield to her in deep appre- ciation of her gaiety and graciousness, her never-failing warmth and gen- erosity, and her years of loval and dev ret sen icc.
