The Business Club endeavors to broaden the members' knowledge, on a Christian level, of the economic problems that exist in the business world of today. Activities include social as well as cultural functions, such as the Holly Tea at Christmas, guest speakers at the monthly meetings, and field trips to the Hartford Law Courts, insurance companies, behind the scenes in department stores and the Federal Reserve Bank. THE HARLEQUINNES Officers: President: Carol Ruszencxs Vice-Prestdent: Paula Delmonte Secretary: Anita Hart Treasurer: lane Cerubia Moderator: Kathleen Watterston The purpose of The Harlequinnes is to develop dramatic arts and to provide entertainment and enjoyment. This year the club has concentrated on producing c1 presentation through allusions created by lighting, music, and setting. The Harlequinnes offers to its members pleasure, work and satisfaction.

The Biology Club tries to promote among its members Ct clearer understanding of the vast world of biology. This year the topic of exploration was Anti- Histcrmines and Tranquilizers. Lecturers and members of the club delivered papers on these subjects. EPSILON DELTA Officers: President: Ann Garrity Vice-President: Karen Moran Secretary-Treasurer: Bruncx Ptccin Moderator: Sister Irene, F.S.E. Epsilon Delta, formerly the Physical Science Club, consists of students who are interested in the sciences of chemistry, physics and mathematics. To promote this interest, the following activities were undertaken: the study of astronomy, the discussion of the Great Centuries in Mathematics, and the second annual publication of the scientific journal, ALPHA.

ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION Officers: President: Elaine Daniels Vice-President: Kathleen Perry Secretory-Treasurer: Mary Langer Moderator: Miss Barbara Harrcxden The Athletic Association provides an opportunity for all students to engage in various forms of physical activity. The Association operates in co- operation with the regular gym Classes and among the available programs are tennis, archery, badminton, volley-bctll, and basketball. Fencing is also avail- able and tournaments are held periodically. HUMAN RELATIONS CLUB Officers: President: Ann Carolqn Vice-President and Treasurer: Christine Lamoureux Secretary: Bernice Walkowictk N.F.C.C.S. Delegate: Joanne Hart Moderator: Dr. Ruth Wallis The Human Relations Club was founded to focus student attention on modern social problems. Meetings are held once c1 month and are enriched by guest speakers from various agencies. The club's social calendar consisted of two field tripseone to the Peabody Museum of Anthropology in Cambridge, Mass, and one to the Mansfield State Hospital in Mansfield, Connecticut.
