The delivery of your 1959 Antenna marks another milestone in the life of each student. The full seriousness of this state- ment will have its greatest impact on the members of our graduating class. Each graduating senior is faced with respon- sibilities unparalleled at this point of his life. Many and varied obligations increase as one grows into maturity. This is not to be construed as an insurmountable hurdle confronting you, but as a challenge to further develop a good philosophy of life. Graduation is commencement, a time to evaluate your past and to make plans for the future. Your life is ahead of you. Dreams unrealized, chances Ralph E. Buckley Principal I missed, joys craved, friends wanted, successes coveted-they are all ahead. These within themselves appear to be intangi- ble, but they are present and within reach, just around the corner. Courage to move on, faith to look ahead, and hope to anticipate are tools for the life in search of victory. The world is moving in the direction with the man who marches ahead. Every good influence is a stepping stone and every good citizen leads his hand. All the world is for the man who aspires to worthwhile goals. Are you in step, look- ing ahead ?
